We're getting ready to welcome a new group of little Redbirds for the 2026-2027 school year! If you have an incoming 3- or 4-year-old and wish to have your child screened to potentially enroll in one of our Early Childhood programs, please complete this Google Form.

Important details:
Dates: Friday, March 20th & Monday, March 23rd
Time: Slots available between 8:30am - 3:15pm
Location: East Carter R-2 Nurses Station
Time: Each screening will take approximately 30-45 minutes
Please Bring to Screening Appointment:
Proof of residency (Utility Bill: Ozark Border, City Water, rental agreement, 2025 personal property tax)
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Updated Shot Record
After submitting the form, you’ll be directed to a link to schedule your child’s screening appointment. This step is essential in the application process! Please be aware that completing the form is the first step in the eligibility process and does not guarantee placement. All students must be screened for placement to be determined.
